You can view recent tests and investigation results on the NHS App.
Blood test results can take two weeks to come back and imaging can take four to six weeks after you have had the test or investigation done.
Please note that we do not always have access to results that were ordered by a clinic or hospital clinician and you should contact them directly rather than Royal Docks Medical Practice for these results.
We will contact you by telephone, or by text message or NHS App message only if a result is abnormal and you require treatment or further investigations. You will not be contacted if your result is normal or needs no action. The administrative staff will give results to you or you may be asked to speak to the nurse or doctor. Adults' results will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.
